The FloodPro system is designed for optimum compatibility with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 and 9 and Firefox 5. Please see the links below to upgrade.

Browser Settings:

Pop Ups Enabled

Some features on the FloodPro site may not function as designed if pop ups are disabled. To enable pop ups, please follow the steps below.

Internet Explorer 8 and 9

    1. Open the browser

    2. From the Tools menu, click Pop-up Blocker

    3. Click Pop-up Blocker Settings.

    4. In the Address of the website to allow field, type the sites URL

    5. Click Add

    6. Click Close

Firefox 5

    1. Open the browser

    2. From the Tools menu, click Options

    3. Click the Content icon located across the top of the window.

    4. Click the Exceptions button located to the right of Block pop-up windows

    5. You will see the Allowed Sites dialog box.

    6. In the Addres of web site field, type the sites URL.

    7. Click Allow

    8. Click Close when you finish adding the sites you want.

    9. Click OK to close the Options dialog box.

JavaScript Enabled

Some features on the FloodPro site may not function as designed if JavaScript is disabled. To enable JavaScript, please follow the steps below.

Internet Explorer 8 and 9

1. Click the Tools menu.

2. Click Internet Options

3. Click the Security tab.

4. Click the Custom Level button.

5. Scroll down untill you see the 'Scripting' section.

6. Click the 'Enable' radio button for 'Active Scripting'.

7. Click OK button

8. If you see a confirmation window, click the Yes button.

Firefox 5

1. Click the Tools menu.

2. Click Options.

3. Click the Content tab.

4. Click the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox.

5. Click OK button.

Browser Cache Enabled

Some features on the FloodPro site may not function as designed if Browser Cache is disabled. To enable Browser Cache, please follow the steps below.

Internet Explorer 8 and 9

1. Click the Tools menu.

2. Click Internet Options

3. On the General tab, select the Settings button under Browsing history.

4. Click the Custom Level button.

5. Select the Automatically radio button under Temporary Internet Files.

6. Click the OK button.

Screen Resolution Settings

At lower resolutions, such as 800 x 600 pixels, fewer items fit on the screen, but they appear larger. Please follow the steps below to change the resolution.

Windows 7

1.Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.

2.Click the drop-down list next to Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.

3.Click Keep to use the new resolution, or click Revert to go back to the previous resolution

Windows XP Professional

1.Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, click Appearance and Themes, and then click Display.

2.On the Settings tab, under Screen resolution, drag the slider, and then click Apply.

3.Once your screen resolution changes, you have 15 seconds to confirm the change. Click Yes to confirm the change; click No or do nothing to revert to your previous setting.
